Our story:

How MASA became a leader in labour solutions

Our journey as an outsourcing company began with a simple but powerful idea: employers deserve a partner who understands operations as deeply as they do staffing. In 1985, our founding team launched Capital Outsourcing, long before the rise of modern outsourcing companies. Built with entrepreneurial grit and an unwavering client-first mindset, we quickly became the go-to partner for businesses needing dependable ways to hire part-time staff, fill temporary gaps or secure permanent blue-collar talent.

By 1990, the acquisition of Greys Recruitment expanded our reach. Then, in response to legislative shifts, Capital Outsourcing was sold in 2003. But this wasn’t the end, it was a turning point.

MASA Outsourcing was founded in 2009, designed to meet a growing demand for smarter, more compliant and scalable outsourcing staffing services. With deep industry knowledge and a passion for innovation, we set out to become the outsourcing compony that businesses could trust for both everyday workforce needs and high-pressure, hard-to-fill roles.

In 2014, a number of our senior leaders returned to MASA, bringing with them not only deep experience, but the operational foresight to scale smarter and grow faster. Their leadership helped shape MASA into the permanent and temporary employment agency trusted by businesses today.

Induction and mobilisation, including full PPE supply

Exit interviews and contract debriefing where required
