Measured Ability Staffing Australia (MASA) might be a fresh face in the local job market but we’re powered by decades of global labour hire expertise through the MASA Group.

Our journey started back in 1985, when our founding team launched Capital Outsourcing. Long before recruitment went digital, we were already helping people into part-time, temporary and permanent blue-collar roles, earning a reputation for doing the right thing by both workers and businesses.

By 1990, we expanded through Greys Recruitment, and though Capital was sold in 2003, that was just the beginning. In 2009, MASA Outsourcing was born, built to meet the need for better, fairer and more efficient staffing solutions in a changing world.

In 2014, several of our original leaders came back to MASA, bringing years of hands-on knowledge and a real understanding of what workers and employers both need to succeed.

Our job placement process

We don’t just throw you into any job, we take the time to make sure it’s the right fit for you. Our process is designed to set you up for success, so you feel confident, safe and supported from day one.

We chat face-to-face (or over the phone) to get to know you. Your skills, attitude and what kind of work you’re after.

We check your experience with two solid references so we know where you’ve worked and how you got on.

We verify your right to work in Australia, making sure everything’s legit and compliant.

We confirm your licences and qualifications, whether it’s a forklift ticket, White Card or high-risk certs.

We run basic checks if needed, like police clearances or medicals for certain sites.

We help with site readiness including PPE, inductions and any extra training you might need.

We even offer literacy or skills assessments if needed, just to make sure the job suits your strengths and you feel comfortable from the get-go.
