From that early venture to his pivotal role in the acquisition of Grey Recruitment and the founding of MASA Outsourcing in 2009, Wayne’s career has been marked by vision, resilience and industry-shaping achievements.

Originally from South Africa, Daniel comes from a family with a long history in the recruitment and labour hire industry. As a third-generation recruiter he brings a wealth of experience in both permanent and contract recruitment to the team. Daniel has worked with a wide range of clients across industries including FMCG, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Logistics, successfully supplying and managing hundreds of staff on a temporary basis. He has also managed a team of 30 consultants from diverse backgrounds, achieving record-breaking invoicing through permanent placements year after year.
Daniel’s main driver is giving effect to the success of others around him; he is at his happiest when he has helped his team be the best that they can be. Socially, he enjoys the company of people and watching sports. He remains a Springbok supporter and a loyal Chelsea fan.

She manages monthly expenditure, financial operations, and reporting deadlines with precision, and her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to financial integrity are key to MASA’s ongoing success.
Outside of work, Merrill enjoys spending time outdoors, going for walks, and playing tennis — a perfect way for her to unwind and stay active.

As Payroll Manager at MASA, Debbie oversees complex payroll functions across multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. With deep expertise in systems like Sage 300 People, VIP, Psiber, PayAfrica, UKG Immedis, and Cloudpay, she’s led numerous successful implementations and integrations.
A natural leader, Debbie heads a team of payroll administrators, managing audits, statutory reconciliations, tax directive applications, and detailed reporting. She is known for blending analytical precision with heartfelt empathy, creating a workplace culture grounded in professionalism and people-first values.
Outside of work, Debbie is deeply involved in community service through her church, mentoring others, supporting feeding schemes, and always extending a helping hand. Her belief? Payroll is more than numbers, it’s about people.
